Refund & Revision Policy

Cancellation before production starts

You may cancel your order at any time before production starts by contacting cvgenius.bb@gmail.com with your reference number. If production has not yet started, a refund of the amount paid will be issued, less any non-refundable fees charged by the payment provider where legally applicable.

When production is considered started

Production is considered started once payment has been confirmed, all required information has been received, and work on your documents has begun. For rush and priority orders, production is considered started as soon as work is scheduled to meet the shorter delivery window.

Refunds after production starts

Because CV Genius documents are custom-produced, refunds after production has started are limited by the stage of work completed. Where a partial refund is appropriate, the amount reflects the portion of the work that has not yet been performed. If CV Genius is unable to complete an order for reasons on our side, a partial or full refund will be considered.

Provider fees

Where a payment provider charges non-refundable transaction or currency-conversion fees, those fees may be deducted from any refund where legally applicable.

Package-specific revision allowances

Revision allowances vary by service. Your selected package displays the number of included revision rounds before checkout. A revision covers reasonable wording, formatting and minor content changes within the original order and agreed direction.

Unlimited Revision Window (14 days)

The optional Unlimited Revision Window upgrade allows unlimited revision requests for 14 calendar days after initial delivery. Revisions must remain within the original document, target role and agreed direction. New documents, new target roles, complete rewrites and requests after the 14-day period are charged separately.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, an order remains in “Awaiting payment” until a successful payment is received. Duplicate payments made against the same reference are refunded once verified. Contact us with your reference number if you notice a duplicate charge or a payment that has not been reflected on your tracking page.
