These Terms of Service govern your use of CV Genius. By submitting an intake form and paying for a service, you agree to these terms and to our Refund and Revision Policy and Privacy Policy.

When your order begins

Your order begins once payment is confirmed and all required information has been received.

Your responsibility for accurate information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your work experience, education, qualifications, achievements, references and contact details. CV Genius will not fabricate qualifications, employers, dates, roles or achievements. If we cannot verify or reasonably present the information provided, we will contact you before proceeding.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are business-day estimates from the time payment and all required information are received. Rush delivery is available on eligible services subject to availability and begins only after payment and all required information have been received.

Scope changes

A revision covers reasonable wording, formatting and minor content changes within the original order and agreed direction. A new target role, new document, major repositioning or a complete restart is separate work that is booked as a new order at the published package price.

No fabricated qualifications or experience

You confirm that all qualifications, employment history, achievements and references you supply are accurate and truthful. CV Genius will not include invented content in your documents.

No guarantee of interviews, employment or outcomes

CV Genius produces professional career documents. We cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, admissions, scholarships, visa outcomes or any other result. Hiring decisions are made by employers based on many factors outside our control.

Templates and licensing

Editable templates purchased through CV Genius are licensed for your personal use in your own applications. You may not resell, republish or redistribute templates or template variants as your own product.

Changes to these terms

CV Genius may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version applies to new orders placed after the update date shown above. For any question about these terms, contact cvgenius.bb@gmail.com.
